West Tower L’Esplanade Laurier Refit: Multi million dollar renovation architectural, electrical and mechanical upgrades on 10 office floors. Work included selective replacement of flooring, walls and ceilings as well as overhaul and modernization of the lighting, power distribution and HVAC on each floor.
